Welcome to Fathers Are Parents Too! of Florida
We are a group of parents, grandparents, children, family members, and others whom have come together with a common goal in mind. That is to promote the full and free contact between children and non-custodial parents that come from a broken family environment, such as when two parents can no longer live together and file for divorce.
In our current day, most judges are not qualified to break up the family, giving full and permanent custody to both of the parents as it SHOULD be. After all, it took both parents to conceive the child (ren) and it SHOULD take both parents to raise them properly as well. Also, grandparents in this day and age are normally handicapped when it comes to their own visitations with these children and can only sometimes see them when a parent brings them by to allow contact on their own time shared with said children.
We hope that you will join us in our mission to better serve the needs of all family members in these situations.

- I am a disabled Vietnam veteran, having served in the U.S. Army for 8 years. I was one of the last men drafted, before they changed the process to a number system. I took basic training at Fort Jackson, SC (Coumbia). I took my A.I.T. training at Fort Bliss, TX (El Paso) My first tour was in Vietnam. They then sent me to South Korea for 3 years. I am from Appling, GA., where I was raised. I was married and divorced with two kids by the time I was drafted. I was remarried while in basic training to the love of my life, but as things went we too were divorced through no fault of her own.
